Substance Use Prevention Assembly: Elementary School
Through our continued partnership with Montage Health and Prescribe Safe Monterey County, students in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students have access to important substance use prevention information.
This is a grade-level appropriate 30-minute presentation by Dr. Casey Grover, an emergency and addiction medicine specialist at Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula.
The presentation covered alcohol use, vaping, cannabis, and the risks of fentanyl.
